Sweetheart
Went looking for some fruit and vegetables in my fridge – this is what I came up with. I wanted to work with a cucumber that had seen better days. I thought – well, at least it will fulfill some sort of useful destiny but to my horror, I discovered I had already chucked it in the bin. I think it was last weekend when the jicama went south.
Anyway – thank goodness we have quite a gumball collection going on in this house and I dove right in.
I do believe this is the most delicious one yet.
